Role
You'll support the HRIS & Workforce Information Manager in maintaining and developing our integrated HR, Payroll and Workforce Management system (iTrent). Also, you will help ensure new modules are rolled out successfully, upgrades run smoothly, and business processes are continually improved.
A key part of your role will be producing high-quality workforce reports, analysing data, and giving managers information that enables informed decision-making across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the management and optimisation of our iTrent HR system across all modules.
- Produce accurate workforce information reports aligned to workforce KPIs.
- Provide data and insights that support People Business Partners in their delivery of workforce papers and operational reporting.
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Rostering, BI and operational management.
- Assist in mapping and improving processes and workflows across the People Team.
- Support future system upgrades and the rollout of new iTrent modules.
- Contribute to Pay Review, Performance-Based Pay and reward processes by supplying relevant data and ensuring accuracy.
- Help ensure managers have the system access and data they need to effectively manage their teams.
