Lead Commissioner for Community Reablement

We are looking for a DV-cleared Service Manager to oversee the delivery of a Cross Domain Service for a UK Government client. Acting as the main on-site point of contact, you will lead a medium-sized engineering team while ensuring high service standards and driving continuous improvement., * Day-to-day leadership of a managed service and engineering team

• Ownership of incident, problem, and escalation management
• Engagement with key customer stakeholders and third-party suppliers
• Management of SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction reporting
• Coordination and oversight of releases across test, reference, and production environments
• Driving service improvement, configuration management, and asset management
• Supporting commercial activities and identifying opportunities for service growth
