- Advising on complex property matters including acquisitions, disposals, easements, access rights and leasehold interests
- Providing specialist advice on compulsory purchase matters, including CPO processes, statutory powers and blight
- Advising on contentious property issues and disputes arising from land and property matters
- Advising on discretionary property schemes, including application of the Equality Act
- Supporting matters involving utilities, planning interfaces and access arrangements
- Drafting and negotiating bespoke property and land agreements
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and managing external legal advisers
