Role
- Lead the people workstream of the transformation programme, providing senior HR advice to the Transformation Director and Programme Board.
- Design and implement frameworks for:
- Job design and evaluation
- Reward and grading alignment
- Selection and appointment processes
- Consultation and engagement with employees and trade unions
- Internal recruitment, redeployment and transition support
- Equality impact assessment of processes and outcomes
- Partner with Directors and Senior Principals towards the design new team structures and operating models that align with future organisational strategy.
- Provide high-quality workforce data and insight to inform design decisions.
- Ensure people processes are transparent, legally compliant and aligned to the companies values and commitments on equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with the People team to align learning, development and wellbeing support with change implementation.
- Build confidence and capability across HR and line managers to manage change sensitively and effectively.
- Contribute flexibly to wider People projects such as workforce planning, leadership development, inclusion initiatives and policy improvement as required.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record as a senior HR or OD professional leading complex organisational change
